  • ¾ – 1 cup sunflower oil

What is Aquafaba?

You can get it by draining a can of chickpeas, reserving the liquid, or cooking your own chickpeas and reserving the leftover.   5. Transfer the mixture into a sealed container and place it inside the fridge for about 4 hours. You can keep it inside the fridge for up to two weeks.
